WARRANTY COVERAGE
If product is defective in material or workmanship, you can return your product within 1 year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase or invoice is required for your warranty to take effect. We will replace your purchased product at our option, or repair it at no charge to you. If we repair the defective part, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we replace it, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same product, design or number of spokes.
CHROME WARRANTY ( One Year Limited Warranty )
The chrome finish on your Mototeks product is one of the highest quality, but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained properly. Salt, sand, and humidity are bad for chrome. If you ride a motorcycle in these conditions, and do not clean and dry the chrome parts, the life of the chrome will be shortened. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes. We reserves the right to determine if the product has been maintained properly and has not been abused. If your Mototeks chrome product has been maintained properly and has not been abused, you may return it to Mototeks within one year of the invoice date, and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, we will replace it, or at our option, repair it.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication, alteration, or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than Mototeks.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
Repair or replacement of the product by Mototeks your sole and exclusive remedy. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to one (1) year term of this express and limited warranty. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties which extend beyond those set forth in this document.
CARING FOR YOUR LUXOR WIRE WHEELS
Periodically cleaning of your wheels is necessary to maintain a high luster, especially 24K gold plated wheels these require extra care. Always clean using a mild dish soap and water such as Dawn and a clean microfiber cloth, to clean inside the hub and spokes use a soft horse hair paint brush. NEVER use any harsh cleaning compounds or waxes as the are abrasive and will remove the gold plating. During storage spray a light coating of WD40 on the wheels to prevent rusting.

SHIPPING POLICY
- Chrome Wheels take 7-10 business days to build and ship.
- Powder Coated Wheels take 10-14 business days to build and ship.
With most products, shipping usually occurs 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Mototeks uses many different shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Shipping time may vary based on delivery location, size of package and any unforseen circumstances. If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.
Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VATs and they are not included in our total price.
RETURNS POLICY
Any item may be returned for full credit within 30 days of your purchase. Item must not be used, mounted, or damaged and in sale-able condition. All returns must include all original parts and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation. Mototeks is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so we can process the return. Also, provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date.
